Does ReplicaSi Accept Credit Cards?
Yes, ReplicaSi accepts Visa & Mastercard credit cards through our Payment Processor.
Does ReplicaSi Accept Credit or Debit Cards?
Yes, we currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Purchasing, Visa Electron (UK Only), Delta, American Express, JCB, Solo (UK) & Maestro.
Does ReplicaSi Keep my Credit Card Information?
No, credit card information are NEVER retained. They are forwarded to our Payment Processor for processing. ReplicaSi does not keep any of your credit card information. Our Payment Processor has full fraud detection/prosecution module and will investigate all fraud/chargeback meticulously.
Will I Face Custom Issues When Buying these Goods?
Not usually. ReplicaSi ships all Consumer (non-reseller) packages as "Personal Items" with minimal value (less than GBP18). As such, Custom issues/VAT are almost non-existance (if you get it, it means you're very lucky!). Furthermore, ReplicaSi provides Delivery Guarantees (consumer only) in that we will reship a product if it is stopped/confiscated by custom (up to 2 times) as long as you provide us with the letter from Custom (all Customs issue a stop/confiscation letter).
When Is My Order Processed?
ReplicaSi's operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (GMT+8). We process all incoming orders during operation hour. Saturday and Sundays are non-business days.
How Long Does Shipping Takes?
It really depends on the destinations and the shipping method (Express Mail Services or Registered Airmail). On average, it takes around 11 days to reach UK while USA takes about 14 days.
What If I Receive A Faulty Product?
ReplicaSi provide full Product Warranty. You ship us back the good and we will reship (via Registered Airmail) a replacement to you. The cost involved in your shipping of the faulty product back to use will be treated as a discount in your next order from us. Goods are not refundable nor exchangable for other models.
How Do I Check/Change/Cancel My Orders?

What Are Replica Goods?

Simply fantastic. Although many competitors will claim that cheaper products are poor in quality. We beg to differ.
ReplicaSi has been around for a long time and we will be around still. As we are branding our replicas as fast moving fashion goods, we need to maintain a steady stream of returning customers. We know that we cannot build a long-term relationship with you (your friends and families) if our products have poor qualities (or if our customer service is bad).
Our products are of great commercial quality and are made faithful to the original design -- enough to look and feel genuine. Again, it is meant for fashion purposes and not for you to try to fool anybody.

Why The Low Price-tags at ReplicaSi?
Irregardless of what was claimed, 90% of all replica-goods originates from Asia (even those labeled with Swiss-Made).
Most other sites are located in USA and Europe and they get their supplies from Asia. Law of economy denotes that the more middle-person are involved, the higher the cost will be.
ReplicaSi is located in Asia. We are selling directly to you in USA and Europe. Therefore, we can afford to price our products lower than the other sites.
In addition, ReplicaSi do NOT usually ship with the Case/Box (ie, watch box, pen case) and certificate of authentication, thus eliminating the costs involved. Products here are for fashion only and not meant to be represented as genuine. Boxes/Cases can be obtained from your local stores quite easily. Certificate of Authentication can be obtained through various sources, but we do not recommend our customers to do so.
Can ReplicaSi Source A Product For Me?
Definately. If you mail us here, we will check our store for the product. If we do not have it, we will check with other sources for you.
