Our Guarantees, Warranty & Return Policy
- Product Warranty
- ReplicaSi provides Full 30-Days Product Warranty to both Consumers and Resellers.
- If you receive a faulty product from us regardless of wheather it due to rough delivery handling or manufacturing fault, we will replace it for you absolutely FREE.
- You only need to send the product back to us within 30-days and we will reship a replacement (same make/model) to you via Standard Airmail.
- Please e-mail us for a Return Address and disregard the sender/from address written on our package to you.
- Any shipping charges incurred by you will be treated as a discount in your next order.
- However, you may not exchange a product for money (refund) or other make/models.
- Delivery Guarantee
- ReplicaSi provides Full Delivery Guarantee that your order will reach you (not applicable to Resellers).
- If, for whatever reasons, the package is lost (Custom or Delivery), ReplicaSi will reship the same to you via Standard Airmail.
- However, please allow between 1~2 weeks from the estimated date of arrival for us to attempt to track the package (all packages we send are Registered).
- ReplicaSi will resend up to 2 times. It is very unlikely that all 3 packages are lost.
- We will impose a Reshipping Fee for orders returned due to Wrong Address or Non-Collection (Postal Service will leave a pickup-card if nobody was around).
- Orders are not refundable.
- Return Policy
- ReplicaSi offers FREE replacement for faulty & non-Delivery of products.
- However, we are unable to offer a Return policy due to personal tastes/preferences (ie; color, etc) after you receive the product.
- We provide pictures from multiple angles, complete with size, textture, dimension & weight details.
- Products sold are not refundable nor exchangeable for a different model (we will gladly replace the same if it is faulty/lost).
